Refund and Delivery Policy
This policy explains how SZPulse handles report delivery, order changes, and refund requests.
Delivery
Standard verification reports are delivered as English PDF reports by email or through the order communication channel. Delivery time depends on the selected package and the completeness of submitted company information.
Before work starts
If you placed an order by mistake and our analyst has not started the review, contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.
After work starts
Because verification reports involve analyst time and data review, completed or already-started report work is generally not refundable unless SZPulse is unable to deliver the purchased service.
Incorrect information
If the target company information provided by the client is incomplete or incorrect, we may ask for clarification. Delivery time may be extended until sufficient information is received.
